(8) The relay sockets in this section are currently in use in a variety of military communications equipments. Insulation on all sockets is glass-filled Diallyl Phthalate per MIL-M-19833,TypeGDI-30. Contacts are closed entry, high conductivity copper alloy, gold plate per MIL-G-45204,Type II, Class 1. Mounting hardware, where provided, is steel with .0003 cadmium plate with a clear chromate finish.
